Equine Mineral Supplement
If getting and maintaining healthy hooves and a rich lustrous coat is particularly important for your horse, Poly Zinc can provide Zinc your horse needs for good hoof and coat health.
In addition to supporting skin and hoof quality, Poly Zinc also promotes healthy immune and antioxidant function in horses with dietary deficiency of Zinc and/or trace mineral imbalances. Recommended minimum trial period is two weeks of regular use.
Zinc is one of the most common deficiencies in horses.
In addition to the levels of Zinc often being too low in the diet, other factors, such as high iron intake, make the situation worse by interfering with absorption.
Uckele’s proprietary polysaccharide coating allows Poly Zinc to be released at the most effective site of absorption, the small intestine, protecting it from mineral interactions until it reaches the absorption site where the coating is digested off, so Zinc will be released and absorbed at the highest level.
